I am an Independent Hypnotherapist in practice since 1993 and my aim is to improve the quality of your life. I offer a Stop Smoking programme with a written 12 months GUARANTEE.I can help with eliminating phobias relating to flying, public speaking, exams and tests, insects, animals, heights, water and others not mentioned. Hypnosis can help with anxiety and panic attacks particularly when they seem to come "out of the blue." I offer a free, no obligation initial consultation to learn more about your problem.
My practice is in the semi rural village of Kelvedon Hatch, Brentwood I practice from home in a dedicate room with a relaxing atmosphere and parking is free outside the practice. Everything that occurs in the practice is confidential
