Dr. Downing and Dr. Andry provide general orthopedic care as well but have a focus and strong interest in orthopedic care of the upper extremity.The physicians of Upper Extremity Specialists are members of Ortho 1 Medical Group, a private practice orthopedic group in the San Diego area. Dr. Downing and Dr. Andry diagnose and treat a wide range of upper-extremity injuries, trauma, and diseases.
